Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

In an unlikely event where our items are defective or damaged before shipment, we offer customers the choice to exchange the items. However, do note that we are not liable for any damages caused during or after delivery. If you wish to exchange it for the same item or any item with lower or equal value, kindly send us an email at aromatized.perfumery@gmail.com. Our policy lasts for 30 days, from the date that the item is classified as delivered. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

For an item to be classified as delivered:
- Doorstep delivery: Status of package on Ninja Van's website is marked as completed/delivered

- Self-collection via Collection Lockers: When the respective logistics company sends the customer notification that the parcel is delivered to his/her selected collection locker via email and/or Short Message Service (SMS)

- Self-collection via Collection Points: When the respective logistics company sends the customer notification that the parcel is delivered to his/her selected collection point via email and/or Short Message Service (SMS)

To be eligible for a return:
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- your item must be in the original packaging
- a receipt or proof of purchase is required

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by customers when returning the item. To show our sincere apology for the unfortunate incident of your defective/damaged item(s), shipping costs will be borne by us when shipping the exchanged product to back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
